“Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep. Have the same regard for one another; do not be haughty; but associate with the lowly; do not be wise in your own estimation. Do not repay anyone evil for evil; be concerned for what is noble in the sight of all. If possible on your part, live at peace with all.”
– Romans 12:15-18
The mission of the the Men’s Club is to support the parish and to promote camaraderie among men of the parish who are committed to the betterment of our church community. In addition to providing the men of the parish the opportunity for fellowship and spiritual growth, the Men’s Club has a long tradition of service at All Saints Catholic Church.
The Men’s Club organizes the church’s Annual Golf Tournament, which has been and continues to be a major fund raiser. Net proceeds from this event have been used for building maintenance and new construction. In June 2016, the Men’s Club completed payment of our $25,000 pledge to the Saints Alive Campaign.
In December the Men’s Club holds an additional fundraiser selling Autobell car wash coupons which are great low cost “one size fits all” gifts. Net proceeds are used to purchase gifts for the youth recognition programs, such as Christian oriented gifts for our primary grade students at Christmas and bibles which are given to successful Confirmation candidates.
The Men’s Club in partnership with the Women’s Organization provides a yearly no charge Spaghetti Dinner to show our appreciation for the efforts our parishioners make to the success of the parish. This is not a fund raiser but donations received are used to defray the cost of the dinner.
