Girl Scouting provides girls with meaningful opportunities to grow in faith, character, and leadership while learning the importance of service to others. Through hands-on experiences, community service, and teamwork, girls are encouraged to discover their gifts and use them to help make the world a better place. Girl Scouts build confidence as they try new things, take on leadership roles, and learn to make thoughtful, ethical choices. Rooted in values of responsibility, compassion, and respect, Girl Scouting supports the formation of young women who are prepared to lead with integrity and serve with purpose.
